Our mission
To improve schools by: a) strengthening administrative practices, developing effective branding and marketing plans, assisting faculty assessment and development, and improving school culture; b) providing pathways to data driven decision making, organizational restructuring and curriculum designs that are based on the best available research and; c) sharing the best of our experience and knowledge from our work in public, private and international schools.
Who we areEducators who have worked in four continents (North and South America, Europe and Africa). With over 100 years of collective experience in public, private and international schools. Founders of a dozen educational institutions. Graduates and former faculty from some of the finest teacher education programs including: Teachers College – Columbia University, Fordham University, Harvard School of Education, and the Universidad de Barcelona (Spain). Led by Dr. Gabriel Maldonado recipient of the Presidential award for excellence in teaching science and mathematics (1992), and Principal of the Year in New York City (2009), member of the start-up and accreditation team of TASIS Dorado of Puerto Rico, and founder of Columbia Secondary School for Math, Science and Engineer (winner of the most promising new public school Black Board award in NYC 2007). We have done consulting work in schools in Tanzania, Morocco, New York, Puerto Rico, Anguilla, and the Dominican Republic.
